Is there any restriction as to the type of building I can erect on the land?
Yes, there is a restriction. You are expected to build residential buildings within the areas designated for such. Commercial houses in the area are to be designed as commercial.
Hence, the building of shops in residential buildings is not allowed, and building of tenement house type (otherwise known as face-me-I-face-you) is not permitted in the estate. We have our prototype building.
Is there any time limit to when development can commence work on my land after allocation ?
Allottees are advised to take possession and begin development on their allocated plot(s) of land within three months (3) of allocation in order to control the weed.
However, in a situation where the land is left unkempt, the developer will come in to keep the land tidy and expenses incurred will be passed to the allottee offset.
More so, the developer can reallocate to you, an area that is undeveloped in order to create space for a client that is ready to begin development immediately.
Is Zylus Homes and Property regulated and licensed by any institution?
