The buyer will inherit all the assets and liabilities on the plot(s). ZYLUS HOMES AND PROPERTIES LTD would require the seller to furnish the company with details of the buyer.
Is there any restriction as to the type of building I can erect on the land?
Yes, the estate layout are in sections and you are limited to building tenement houses and bungalow. However, all building designs must conform to the required setback of building control of the estate and such design will be approved by the company and Lagos State Government afterwards.
Is there any time limit to when development can commence work on my land after allocation ?
Allottees are advised to take possession and begin development on their allocated plot(s) of land immediately.
However, in a situation where the land is left unkempt, the developer will come in to keep the land tidy and expenses incurred will be passed to the allottee offset.
More so, the developer can reallocate to you, an area that is undeveloped in order to create space for a client that is ready to begin development immediately.
